Participant Disclosure & Agreement Maine’s Aerial Arts Competition – November 1, 2025 By enrolling in Maine’s Aerial Arts Competition, you confirm your understanding and agreement to the following terms: Event & Rehearsal Attendance You agree to participate in the Event on November 1, 2025. You understand that rehearsals are mandatory and scheduled for June 30, 2025, which also marks the end of enrollment. Conduct & Community Expectations You agree to treat all fellow aerialists, event staff, and volunteers with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Creating and maintaining a safe, positive environment is essential to the Event’s success. Refund Policy You understand that all fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise approved by event organizers. Safety & Assumption of Risk You acknowledge the inherent risks of aerial arts and participation in this event. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and understand that your participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By enrolling, you waive liability and agree not to hold Maine’s Aerial Arts Competition, its staff, sponsors, or affiliates responsible for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your participation. Media Consent You grant permission for Maine’s Aerial Arts Competition and its sponsors to record, photograph, and use media clips featuring you for event-related and promotional purposes. You have the right to request removal of your media content at any time by contacting the event organizers. Right to Withdraw You may request to withdraw your participation at any time. You acknowledge that withdrawal does not guarantee a refund. By enrolling in the Event, you agree to all of the terms listed above.
